"Dorna charging UK fans 41% more than rest of world."
Dorna, the organisation behind Motogp is ripping UK customers off. All over Europe, and the rest of the world, fans are charged a Videopass subscription which is €148.99 this year. In the UK, exactly the same Videopass subscription costs 41% more - €209.99. Tell us why, Carmelo Ezpeleta. Why is the organisation of which you are CEO overcharging UK fans. Isn’t it an offence to discriminate against people on the basis of nationality?

"This 2023 pre GP sprint races for the…"
This 2023 pre GP sprint races for the season, is done by some over paid old fart who truelly thinks he's a very powerful clown in the governing sport controlling body. Making these young lads ride the razors edge with more abandon, thinking these sprint points may be the feather on the points scale to score the 2023 world title? This billion dollar pony show, goes straight to the full on stupid knee jerk reaction to a T.V ratings fall? Where GP riders are the best of the best, having to adapt to that day's conditions, with the Added pressure of being a sprint run? So young, & thinking you are bullet proof? These lads are going to pull out all the stops, & raise the % factor way up? If I was a GP rider & given this stupid new rule to adhear to? I would go to all the other riders in the grid & get all to agree to the sprint being in order of 2022 world ranking finishing, for example the 2022 world #1 will come 1st in the 1st sprint race & world #2 come 2ed, & so on, the the next sprint race, world #2 comes 1st in the sprint race, & world #3 comes 2ed, so if points in the sprint go as far as 9th place, the 2022 world top ranked 9 line up in each position at each sprint, where the last sprints will be organised finished where as per world rank 1 to 9 will all have equal sprint points, so the real GP's will be on an even playing field, where the real race will be the only race to compete with each other. This will give the riders a safe sprint, & all having an equal amount of season's sprint points. If this gentlemen's agreement can be followed by all rider's? The main outcome will be fair for those top ranked riders, & the 20292 low rank riders will still be able to prove or not so improved ability by main gp points total. If they all do this rebel act towards the FIM fat llcats, & all go around the track doing 50 to 100K's in a nice orderly procession? & all 2022 top rank riders with exact same sprint points, Ending up having the main GP being the decider of world rank? Now that would Stick it well & truelly to those absolutely stupid FIM power mongers! & if it's a free for all sprint? For sure all the rider's, & not just the stars, will double their chances of a season ending injury, or at least a play for the crown way out of grasp in the 2023 season. To all the FIM circus clowns, "you all suck dead dogs"!

"Poor service and zero support"
During races live timing lags, losing 1 lap for every 3 raced, so you constantly have to refresh. Only a problem during races when demand is highest, so basically Dorna that are too cheap to upgrade equipment.

Even with a subscription, my live access stopped working. No support on weekends, or any other time. I've sent support mails 3 times over the last 5 weeks and still received zero response.

Don't pay them any money.

"I have subscribed to motogp.com for…8 years"
I have subscribed to motogp.com for about 8 years and have put up and accepted the awful quality of the coverage but now will not be renewing my subscription. If I hear that you have fixed the problems I will re subscribe, I will miss watching MotoGP but with constant buffering and pixelating it's just not enjoyable and the price you charge for this is just a rip off.

"MotoGP Live - Shiite pixilated videostream"
I've been putting up with this "Live" pixilated BS all year here in Perth, West OZ.....what an effing rip off.
When it was free on local channel here the video live stream was perfect.

"The worst website ever"
Unfortunately there is no zero star option! This is the worst website ever, but unfortunately I found no other option regarding Moto GP. Many times I just want to read Moto GP news but the site makes it almost impossible to read anything, instead they keep pushing you to access those cluttered videos. It got to a point I wait for the next day to get Moto GP information and videos from different sources.

"Horrible experience and poor support."
Every race weekend is filled with problems and technical difficulties. This weekends FrenchGP is not able to stream video content to Chromecast. The support team is making no effort in fixing the issue.

The official app from Dorma is complete and utter garbage. No structure and just a complete mess.

The price for one seasons videoPass is ridiculously high.

"Worst streaming reliability and…"
Worst streaming reliability and technical support. Numerous issues with on demand video and close to no customer support. Their tech support doesnt work weekends which is absurd as that is when the races occur. During covid they scaled the races back drastically and did provide any sort of compensation. Terrible company that does not provide value for the high premium cost they charge.

Update! Go to access qualifying today and its not available. What a shame that this product has deteriorated to such terrible standards. Completely unacceptable to not be able to access what you are paying for.

Enjoying the streaming of MotoGP, but horrendous customer service. Emails never responded, unclear terms of service, sometimes spotty connection.

"Purchased 3 tickets in December 2019…"
Purchased 3 tickets in December 2019 for Assen GP,
It was obviously cancelled due to covid, asked for refund but was told tickets would be rolled over to 2020, the GP is cancelled for non Dutch fans, so asked for a refund again, and now they are telling me to refer to the T and Cs that I agreed to, they are doing their upmost to keep our money. Hopefully they will be decent and honourable and refund everyone. Somehow I don't think they will.

"Long battery"
Moto G Power has a long battery life, a nice monitor, is easy to use, and has a lot of features. Only complaint, and this is true of all smart phones, is that if you're not careful, you'll erase or switch your icons. I once accidentally removed my time and temperature, and I have no idea how. Fingers that are too big are a concern.
